Shopify app · invoicing

Invoices your accountant will accept, without asking questions.

Reamly turns Shopify orders into invoices, packing slips and credit notes. Print one, or five hundred in a single run. VAT computed on the correct base, in seven languages, with numbering that has no gaps.

In review for the Shopify App Store. Email support@bpers.com and we will send the install link the day it is approved.

A real Reamly invoice. Every label comes from the app’s own translation files — pick a language and watch it change. Arabic flips the whole layout right to left.

  • Embedded in the Shopify admin
  • Three read-only permissions
  • EU data residency
  • Billed per document, not per order

Where it wins

Three things it does better than what you have.

Everything else is deliberately not a battleground.

Bulk printing that finishes

Select any number of orders and get one merged PDF. A document that fails is named with its reason and the rest of the batch still completes — nothing is silently dropped. Measured: 500 orders in 587 seconds, none failed.

Tax that is actually correct

The right VAT base whether your prices include tax or exclude it. EU reverse charge with both VAT numbers printed, checked against VIES before the exemption is applied. Article 226 fields verified.

Documents in the buyer’s language

English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Arabic — and Arabic is laid out right to left, not merely translated. The language follows the customer without you configuring anything.

Measured, not estimated

The progress screen survives closing the tab — leave at 40%, come back at 90%. Reprinting allocates no new number: print the same order twice and you get the same invoice back.

Try it

The most common way an invoice is quietly wrong.

If your storefront prices include tax, the price is not the tax base — and treating it as one overstates the VAT on every single line. Change the numbers and watch the two methods separate.

What Reamly prints

base = €120.00 ÷ 1.20

Tax base€100.00
VAT€20.00
Invoice total€120.00

The common mistake

tax = €120.00 × 0.20

Tax base€120.00
VAT€24.00
Invoice total€144.00
€4.00per line

That is the gap between the two methods on a single line. Multiply it by a year of orders and it is the tax you either overpaid or cannot defend.

Everything it does

If it is listed here, it is in the app today.

Nothing on this page is a roadmap item.

Documents

  • Invoices, packing slips and credit notes
  • A4, print-ready PDF rendered by real Chromium — what you see is what prints
  • Your logo, colours and fonts, set on the Design screen
  • Template source editable if you want to go further
  • Frozen when issued: editing the order afterwards does not change a PDF you have already sent

Bulk printing

  • Any number of orders, one merged PDF, in the order you picked them
  • A live progress screen that survives closing the tab
  • Failures are named with a reason; the batch still completes
  • Reprinting allocates no new number — the same order gives you the same invoice back

Tax

  • Correct VAT base whether your prices include or exclude tax
  • EU reverse charge with both parties’ VAT numbers printed
  • VIES validation before the exemption is applied, and a flag if VIES could not answer
  • Duties broken out with HS code and country of origin, or combined on one line
  • Export exemption note on orders shipped outside the EU
  • Tax summary by rate on every document

Numbering

  • Sequential and gap-free, guaranteed under concurrent printing by a database transaction — not by hoping
  • Your own format: prefix, digits, optional annual restart
  • Separate sequences for invoices and credit notes
  • An issued invoice is never deleted. It is voided with a reason, and the number can never be reused

Email delivery

  • Send the invoice automatically when an order is paid, when it is fulfilled, or never
  • PDF attached, or a download link if you prefer
  • Once per invoice, never twice, even if an order is paid more than once
  • Written in the customer’s own language
  • Your from-name and reply-to, so a customer replying reaches you

Running it

  • Fully embedded in the Shopify admin — no separate login, no key to paste
  • Three permissions, all read-only: orders, products, customers. It can never change your data
  • Every document searchable by number, order or customer
  • EU data residency — database, file storage and rendering all in the EU
  • Generated PDFs purged after 90 days; documents stay listed and can be regenerated

Pricing

Billed for the documents you generate, never for every order in your store.

Every plan, including the free one

  • Invoices, packing slips and credit notes
  • Seven languages, Arabic right to left
  • Gap-free numbering and voiding
  • Your logo, colours and fonts
  • Bulk print to one merged PDF
  • EU reverse charge and VIES checks
  • Automatic email delivery
  • Billed per document, not per order
Only the free plan stops at its cap. A paid plan over its allowance shows you the usage and keeps generating. Cutting off a merchant who is paying you, in the middle of their month, is the same class of insult as billing them for orders they never printed.

Charges run through Shopify’s own billing. There is no card form inside the app and Reamly never sees a card. Cancel by uninstalling.

Questions

Answered honestly, including the answer that is “no”.

Can it invoice my old orders?
No, not in this version. Reamly invoices orders placed from the install date forward, and never further back than Shopify’s rolling 60-day order window. Shopify only grants access to historical orders after an app has passed App Store review, and asking for that permission before then would be requesting something it cannot be given. Historical backfill is a post-launch feature.
Does it work if I price tax-inclusive?
That is the case it was built for. Getting the VAT base wrong on tax-inclusive pricing is the most common way an invoice is quietly incorrect — the calculator above shows exactly how far off it goes.
Is my customer data safe?
Three read-only permissions, nothing else — orders, products, customers. Database, file storage and rendering are all in the EU. Generated PDFs are purged after 90 days. Customer names and addresses are never written to logs. The full detail is in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
What happens when I uninstall?
Your data is kept for about 48 hours so that a reinstall restores your settings and templates, then deleted when Shopify sends the redaction request.
Can I edit the template?
Yes — visually on the Design screen, or the template source directly under Template code.
Does it change my theme or storefront?
No. The app requests no theme access at all, and its three permissions are read-only, so it cannot change anything in your store.

Want it the day it goes live?

Email us and the install link goes out as soon as the App Store listing is approved. No list, no drip sequence — one message.
