Terms of Service

Reamly — invoicing and document printing for Shopify.
Last updated: 29 August 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you install Reamly. Installing the app means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

Reamly is operated by Syed Shahzaib Hassan, a sole trader based in Pakistan. Contact: support@bpers.com.

"You" means the merchant who installs Reamly on a Shopify store, and anyone you allow to use it on your behalf.

2. What Reamly does

Reamly reads the orders in your Shopify store and generates invoices, packing slips and credit notes as PDF files. It can print them one at a time or in batches, apply your own branding and templates, produce them in several languages, and — if you switch it on — email an invoice to your customer when an order is placed or fulfilled.

3. The most important thing in this document

You are responsible for whether your invoices are correct. We are not your accountant, your tax adviser or your lawyer.

Reamly helps you produce tax documents, and we work hard to get the calculations, the sequential numbering, the tax labels and the reverse-charge wording right. But invoicing rules differ by country, change over time, and depend on facts only you know about your business. You must check that what Reamly produces meets your own legal obligations before you rely on it, and you should have a qualified adviser confirm it for your jurisdiction.

We do not warrant that any document Reamly generates satisfies the law of any particular country, and we are not liable for tax, penalties, interest or losses arising from a document you issued.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Plans and payment

All billing is handled by Shopify. We never see your card and we never take payment directly. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and you can cancel from your Shopify admin at any time.

We bill on documents generated, not on how many orders your store receives. If you never print an order, it never costs you anything. That is deliberate: we think being billed for orders you did not print is unfair, and we have designed against it.

There is a free tier with a monthly document allowance. If you reach the limit of a free plan, Reamly will stop issuing new invoices until the next month or until you upgrade. Credit notes are always allowed, even at the limit, because refusing one would leave you unable to correct an invoice you had already issued.

Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you, and Shopify will ask you to approve any increase.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Reamly running and available, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. The service depends on Shopify and on our infrastructure providers, and it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault upstream of us.

Because a PDF file is deleted 90 days after it is generated, you should download or otherwise keep any document you need to retain. The record stays and the document can be regenerated, but do not treat Reamly as long-term file storage.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the data your store sends us stays yours, we act on your instructions, we store it in the European Union, and we delete it when you uninstall.

Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and applies automatically — you do not need to sign anything. If your auditor needs a countersigned copy, ask at privacy@bpers.com.

8. Ending it

You can uninstall Reamly from your Shopify admin at any time, for any reason. Billing stops at the end of your current period, through Shopify.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we stop offering the service. If we decide to shut Reamly down, we will give merchants reasonable notice and time to export what they need.

After uninstall we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: Reamly is provided as is. We do not give warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Reamly in that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Reamly after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer or a business in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country, and it does not affect your data protection rights, which are set out in the Privacy Policy.
